Monitoring & Rebooting

Monitoring a server is generally a tough process. You either have to do the job yourself , in other words dedicate your time to keeping an eye on your Virtual Private Server, or you need to set up a third–party tool whose only mission will be to keep an eye on your virtual server. And that is exactly where our Administration Services offer will help you out. Thanks to it, your virtual server will be added to our custom monitoring software system, which will monitor all the essential tasks. And in the event of a service crash, our sysadmins will be alerted immediately and they will fix the problem ASAP.

Weekly Backups

Keeping a backup of your hosted content is obligatory – you never know when something could go wrong. And with the Administration Services option, you can enjoy every week backups of your whole VPS, not only of your data, without you needing to set up or configure anything. Furthermore the backup copies are placed on a server with multiple RAID–configured hard drives. As a result your hosted content will always be protected, no matter what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Using a Linux Virtual Private Server, you will have absolute freedom to install any kind of script or service on your it. Still, some scripts are harder to run and may require some additional configuration on your part. That is where our Administration Services option can come in real handy. It includes half an hour of installation & trouble–shooting duties – which means you will be able to basically hire one of our professional server admins for half an hour and have him help you with the installation process of any kind of app whatsoever that you need. Or have him take care of a problem that you are having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Administration Services deal comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ Linux Virtual Private Servers and is an extra feature for our KVM Linux Virtual Private Servers.
